Mastercall were delighted to attend the annual UHUK conference which took place on 6th & 7th October 2022 in Chester & were thrilled to win an award.
Congratulations to our amazing Technology Enhanced Living Service (TEL) team for winning the UHUK ‘Best Use of Technology” award for their work with setting up a virtual ward and hospital at home service in Stockport.
Our award winning TEL service has been highly successful in not only reducing hospital admissions (66% admission avoidance) but also helping empower patients to manage their own health .
The team has worked across Health and Social Care to provide this award-winning service since 2019 and we are very proud of what they have achieved in partnership with Dignio.
