Mastercall is incredibly proud of our Social Enterprise status and are delighted that our commitment to Socia
Enterprise values and ethos has been recognised and re-accredited for the 11th consecutive year. As custodians of the NHS purse it is important that we can validify our social enterprise status.

We are accredited as a ‘genuine’ social enterprise by the Social Enterprise Mark which, is an independent guarantee that we put the interests of people & planet above shareholder gain. We have been externally assessed against sector-agreed criteria and have proved our commitment to using profits and income to create benefits for society and the environment. As a Social Enterprise organisation we don’t have any shareholders. We are membership community of practitioner members, employee members and community members (i.e. patients). Our members are passionate and dedicated about making a difference to the communities we serve and, in particularly, providing excellent healthcare and improving health outcomes.
We are part of a diverse international network of accredited social enterprises, which have been assessed as meeting a robust and credible standard for social enterprise, as upheld by an independent Certification Panel. Social enterprises are trading businesses that
reinvest income and profits to address social and environmental issues, above that of shareholder profit motivations. Through social enterprise, organisations like ours can
operate with a positive impact on the world we live in.
