Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Mastercall Healthcare in Hazel Grove this evening. the lady on the front desk was lovely and then the triage nurse , Amy, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
It's not very often you are made to feel like this when the NHS is so busy and everybody is rushed off their feet. they are a true asset to the NHS and I am very grateful for how they made me feel tonight. thank you.
I just want to say a huge thank you for the speedy response to my request for medication today. I had called my GP surgery needing an appointment but was told the surgery was closed. I was told that I would be dealt with by the out of hours service, which happened to be Mastercall Healthcare.
Within 35 minutes I was called back by a health professional who was not only easy to talk to, she showed great empathy, and sorted out a prescription for me to pick up immediately at my local pharmacy.
I have never ever had such a speedy response to a health issue. This was such a refreshing change from being told to ‘try again tomorrow’ or ‘sorry, there are no appointments for the rest of this month’. At a time when when the NHS is stretched to capacity and patients are sometimes dissatisfied, I felt it was important to give credit where due. Many thanks for a great service.
Great centre, Carrie, Graham and the rest of the team delivered outstanding care with a warm and friendly manner. I hope not to come back but if I had to, I know I would be in safe and capable hands.

Very professional & efficient.
This enabled my father to be managed in his care home effectively without hospital admission. A huge bonus in keeping with his advanced care plan.
The doctor who spoke to my daughter was thorough, polite and went over and above to reissue her prescription, checked for an open pharmacy and arranged for us to get it picked up before they closed at 10pm. He was fantastic sorting out the prescription.
I was very impressed with his care and prompt attention.
I have completed my evaluation for my Mastercall Placement. I have had a fabulous time here. Their breadth of services has allowed me to experience a wide range of community work that is undertaken in clinical settings and patient homes. I have been supervised by lots of people with different clinical backgrounds which has helped provide different perspectives to situations than I would experience in a hospital.
However the best thing about Mastercall has been the friendliness and professionalism from everyone, and I mean everyone.
Everyone I have worked with has left a mark of how I can be a better nurse in the future. They have helped me think about the kind of nurse I want to be, rather than the kind of nurse I don't want to be. So, I am leaving Mastercall with a very positive experience and would definitely recommend to other students.
