Tim has a wealth of healthcare transformation, contracting, planning and assurance experience, with over 15 years in the NHS and wider supporting entities. As a Strategic Transformation Executive, he specializes in Alliance delivery models and integration strategies, ICS Strategic Operations, Management Theory, Contract Negotiation and Management, Business Turnaround and Development, Bid Development and Innovation and Analysis.

As Chief Operating Officer of an Alliance of Out of Hospital Providers (Mastercall, GTD healthcare and Bardoc) Tim has been instrumental in many multimillion-pound ICS level transformation schemes (most notably the HSJ Award ‘Highly Commended’ GM Clinical Assessment Service, 2020 & HSJ finalist ICS wide UEC Interoperability Platform 2021).
