For 29+ years, I have been a dedicated member of the organisation, building a career grounded in commitment, compassion, and continuous improvement. Beginning my journey on the frontline, I feel I have grown with the organisation.

In 2021, I joined the Council of Members, driven by a passion for ensuring every staff member’s voice is represented and respected. I currently have a role as a Council Representative Director and a role within the Quality & Safety team, where I champion safe, effective, and person‑centred care. I believe my experience across the organisation gives me a unique understanding of both operational challenges and the importance of a supportive, inclusive culture. Known for my integrity, collaborative approach, and unwavering dedication, I endeavor to advocate for high standards and meaningful staff engagement.
