I just want to say a huge thank you for the speedy response to my request for medication today.
I had called my GP surgery needing an appointment but was told the surgery was closed. I was told that I would be dealt with by the out of hours service, which happened to be Mastercall Healthcare.

Within 35 minutes I was called back by a health professional who was not only easy to talk to, she showed great empathy, and sorted out a prescription for me to pick up immediately at my local pharmacy.

I have never ever had such a speedy response to a health issue. This was such a refreshing change from being told to ‘try again tomorrow’ or ‘sorry, there are no appointments for the rest of this month’. At a time when when the NHS is stretched to capacity and patients are sometimes dissatisfied, I felt it was important to give credit where due. Many thanks for a great service.
