Dr Colin G Kelman, Non-Executive Director was born in Scotland and medically trained at the Universities of St Andrews and Manchester, qualifying in 1978.

After Vocational Training in Greater Manchester,  was a GP Partner at Shay Lane Medical Centre in Hale Barns, Altrincham from 1983 to 2022, being Senior Partner from 2003.

Was involved in variety of representative roles on Salford and Trafford Local Medical Committee from 2011 to 2022.

Was an Elected Director of GPDF(formerly General Practitioner Defence Fund Ltd) from 2018 to 2022

Sits as Discipline-Specific Advisor (Voting Member) of the NHS England Greater Manchester Performance Assessment Group.

Became a Non-Elected Director of Mastercall in 2018.

Outside of Professional life my main hobbies are keeping fit including Skiing and watching professional football (Motherwell and Manchester United)
