ABOUT THE GREATER MANCHESTER GOOD EMPLOYMENT CHARTER
The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter is a voluntary membership and assessment scheme designed to elevate employment standards across the region. It focuses on seven key characteristics of good employment: secure work, flexible work, fair pay, employee engagement and voice, excellent recruitment practices, effective people management, and health and well-being. By becoming a member, Mastercall Healthcare demonstrates its adherence to these principles, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
